How to contact France Travel New
The quickest way to contact France Travel New is the form above. Choose a topic, add as much detail as you can (the address of the page helps if you are writing about a specific guide) and we will reply to the email address you give us. All messages are answered by email.

What you can write to us about
Questions about our guides. If something in one of our guides is unclear, ask. Many common questions are covered in the best time to visit France and the Paris travel guide.
Corrections. Prices, opening hours and transport timetables change often. Tell us which page is out of date and what has changed, and we will check it against official sources before updating the guide.
Partnerships and advertising. Tourism boards, hotels and tour operators are welcome to contact France Travel New about working together. Any paid partnership is disclosed in line with our affiliate disclaimer.
Something else. Feedback on the site, ideas for new guides or anything we have missed.
What to include in your message
A few details help us give you a useful answer the first time:
- the address of the guide you are writing about, if there is one;
- for a correction, what has changed and, if possible, a link to the official source (a museum, transport operator or tourist office website);
- for a travel question, roughly when you plan to travel and how many days you have;
- for a partnership, the name of your organisation and what you have in mind.
Can you plan my trip for me?
We do not offer a personal trip-planning service, but our itineraries are written to be followed as they are or adapted. Start with 3 days in Paris or 5 days in Paris for a city break, the south of France itinerary for Provence and the coast, or our guide to the D-Day beaches for Normandy. If you still have a question after reading them, send it through the form.
Questions about a booking
France Travel New does not sell flights, hotels or tours itself. The search tools on our booking page and hotels page send you to partner sites, which handle the reservation and payment. For changes, cancellations or refunds, contact the company named on your booking confirmation: they hold your reservation and we cannot see or change it.
Visas, entry rules and official information
We cannot advise on visas or entry requirements for your nationality. Check the official France-Visas website and the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. For official tourist information, see France.fr, and read our guide to travel insurance for France before you go.
Before you write
Before you contact France Travel New, it is worth checking whether one of our guides already answers your question: the France travel guide, flights to France, the best hotels in France and our regional guides to Provence, the French Riviera and Normandy.
Your privacy
When you contact France Travel New through the form, the details you send are used to reply to your message. Read our privacy policy for how we handle personal data.
